We want you to love your Plufl experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned products are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully place the Plufl in its original box or a similar sized package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
